Private townhome walking distance to the beach. This townhome is conveniently located 15 mins to downtown St. Augustine and across from the beach. On clear nights you can hear the ocean from your bed! This townhome is an end unit so pathway and yard are completely private. The yard is one of the largest in the community and great for kids. It has back patio, garden section, artificial turf, and an additional paver patio with fire pit (solo stove). The home also small private office space with door for any remote work. Within the office is additional sleeping space with a bunk bed for kids (suitable for kids 13 and under) with 2 twin mattresses. Beach access is found at 3rd street and about a 15-20 min walk. You can also access intracoastal to watch the sunsets or fish. Caps on the water one of the best restaurants in St. Augustine is also in walking distance. 4 miles south you can find Publix for all groceries and plenty of restaurants with brand new options like pescas. North beach down the road has public parking for the beach with showers along with playground for kids. Surfside community center has pickle ball courts, tennis, kids playground, community garden, dog park, and basketball courts. The townhouse has parking for 2 vehicles only for overnight. No rvs, campers, oversized vehicles, or trailers. If have visitors over only 1 space for visitor parking and they can’t stay overnight..
